How to change my mind to align with Christ? (Colossians 3:1-5)
Beacon of Light Christian Church (BOL) · Prayer_call_1_320k Focus Scripture: Colossians:1-5 FOCUS ON THE THINGS ABOVE Most of us don’t realize it, but our life usually moves in the direction of our thoughts. So many people are fearful, people are panicking and losing themselves but we must understand where your mind lives, your heart follows. Where your focus stays, your future grows. Paul’s words in Colossians 3:2 are simple. Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things. NOT OF THIS WORLD I know bills are loud. Stress is loud and the media can be even louder but don't get distracted. We should be mindful of these things but these things shouldn't be louder then Christ. Paul doesn't say visit heaven with your thoughts. He says set them there. The bible teaches us we're saved and raised with Christ which means we have dual citizenship.
